Buyers can't checkout from auctiva checkout
 

From yesterday night, after my auction ended, I received a email from ebay, saying "I will be sending payment of xx USD shortly for eBay item: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (xxxxxxxxxxxx#)". It is strange. Usually, this kind of email should come from buyer, not ebay.

Buyers could not checkout.

I am using auctiva, with merchant account only. My auctiva shows "checkout complete", but I did not get paid.

Anyone has same problem before?

Log on to your auctiva account, click on help and file support request with auctiva. You should get the answer back very soon.
