I am new member, I got ebay suspended today, I just paid through paypal and buying those items on ebay. I got the message below:

you havent said if you are linked to suspended user or if its a mistake, have you been suspended b4, or has someone at your address.

we can then help you see how you were linked

You might want to remove all personal information from your post...
eBay ID and names.
You can replace them with XXXXXXXXX
Just hit the edit button on the post you made, fix the text and hit save.

Go to your "User CP" and list your location.

Unfortunately this information is irrelevant as far as T&I are concerned. Think about it, it is impossible to prove that you are NOT somone and T&I doesn't care if it was someone other than yourself that got suspended if they are living at the same address as you. you are all linked, all suspended, end of story. Get a new Stealth account, this will not be resolved. I went through the exact same thing, had no way to prove to them that I wasn't the suspended person they were linking me to, that the name of the suspended person they were linking me to was completely unknown to me and had never been a resident of my address.

I just found that my ebay user got back as of 12/06/08.

Not to worry, eBay doesnt care if you dont pay the seller. You get 7 days before sellers can file a unpaid claim, and another 7 days after that to pay.
