What name to use for Stealth
 

In the eBay Stealth Guide, it lists "using a similar first or last name" under "How to avoid getting linked or suspended", stating that it will run you risk of suspension. They also recommend that you use a slight variation of your own name. Why does that seem conflicting to me???

Any random name works.

I buy my gmail accounts and just use whatever name they are made in.

They are free, but my time is not.

Doesn't make sense to me to spend the time creating them when I can drop $20 on 1,000 accounts once a year.

There are also benefits to aged gmail accounts that save considerable time, especially in relation to setting up forwards on the accounts.

If serious, any name works. But it must match ID, in case if PP or EB asks for one.

Gmails that are bought often get shut down after a few weeks/months.

Personally I would rather spend the 2 minutes it take to make the email account and know I will have no issues with it later.

Never had an issue. All depends on how accounts are created. Research this before buying if it concerns you.

Random names are the easiest for stealth. I try to stick to very common first names.
