when is the right time to start selling HIGH RISK items on a stealth account?

I'm sure some will tell you never but what are the limits on the stealth account? How old is it? I'd like to know the answer too because the fact is it might be worth it in some cases.

Never can truly be safe - always a matter of hit-or-miss...age of account can help but doesnt make you 100% safe

There's High Risk category and there's prohibited items, know the difference.

List high risk anytime you want, but understand that what you're listing is high risk and be prepared for an account limitation or any sort of problem.

you can sell it the first day you can sell it the 90th day. YOUR STILL AT RISK...... HIGH RISK :pound:

When is the time to sell HIGH RISK item is a question that no one can precisely answers. You can sell high risk but rest assure that sooner or later the your account will go down with an ebay suspension/restriction or Paypal Limitation.

The day you find you have spare time and money to start making a new stealth account because the last one got zapped.

Well... I created an account, did some browsing, watching and bidding, then sold 1 high risk item 3 weeks after account creation. They didn't even asked for a proof of address. There's a general rule though, which says that selling during the first month is not recommended.
