I like to use the ebay app. I only have one account And will only have one account.
I have a brand new smart phone, brand new address, brand new bank account, brand new ISP unlinked ..nothing links me to my failed account BUT the phone I have obviously does have things on it such as my real gmail, my Samsung account etc which are in my real details......
When you download the ebay app it tell you that it will use details from the phone to confirm stuff...if I do use the app am I likely to get caught? I hardly ever use eBay on a laptop etc as I do quick sales and the app is perfect.
Can anyone make a suggestion please

| Do not download the app Rubberdog, it is fine on your original and very first Ebay account, but once that is gone, the app is a no no, especially now it is telling users it will access the phones personal info about them as it looks like it is going to do from what you have said here.
It is just as easy to deal to deal with lots of orders if you get yourself into a good routine that works for you, without using the app. You do not know what the future holds with your new account, you say now you will only have that one account but you cannot possibly be sure about that.
You may lose this new account and need another, or you may realise as many other forum members have, that one account is to limiting, and that more accounts woukd allow you more freedom to create income. |
