paypal confusion re vcc and account
 

hi all,

im a bit confused.

my stealth account has a vcc attached as this was included in the price of the stealth account and i can see it in the paypal window but wants to be confirmed??? i dont even know what these vcc's are for really?

secondly my new back account is attached and confirmed to paypal. i have just tried to attached a debit card belonging to this new account but it wont let me. i assume this may be due to the address being wrong?

how can i pay money from paypal that isnt in the paypal balance? i want to be abel to draw money from an account to pay for things too but it wont let me attach a debit card??? also, if the account is attached and confirmed why wont money be taken from there?

VCC is there to confirm the address on the PayPal :)

Your not going to be able to add in a real card to the PayPal as it will fail the AVS checks.

You can fund an entropay VCC with your real card and then add the entropay VCC to the pay for things via PayPal

Bank issued debit card usage is never suggested. Fails the AVS needed to work for paypal.

This is where you select a vcc to complete paypal needs.
