Why is my Ebay not Suspended ?
 

I got suspended on pp, I think it was because I had an old pp account that I forgot about and opend a new one, also I started with bigger volume sales on my eb account that was linked to it. The item I sold was in grey zone, this could have triggered the suspension too

So now pp is suspended but eb not, the account is 5 + years old (only excellent feedback as seller and buyer). I did assume after paying my eb fees they will shut it down but it is still there even I got my seller report which was above average.

What do you think, will eb close me down any time soon. Shall I get a payment gateway (to replace paypal) and continue selling?

So many factors to think about with your shutdown...as for using the eb, you can try with other approved payment services like Skrill, Paymate - harder to entice buyers but can still work.

You should start making backups immediately and analyzing your business sales model

Some on here say its not the best thing to do but I opened a new stealth Paypal account and continued using the established ebay account so as not to lose feedback.
That was a few months ago and things continue to go smoothly.
I'm told that eventually the ebay account will be restricted but you have nothing to lose by continuing to use it.

In the meantime perhaps create new stealth ebay and paypal accounts in readiness for when you get closed .
Or just wait and see how long it lasts.
I must admit I was surprised that the ebay account didn't get closed too but who am I to argue

Well, I keep the account as it is for now, to get Skrill, Paymate a bit too complicated as I am not in the US or AU. I hope I get my paypal account back (I know this wont happen most likely). Anyhow I made some stealth accounts already just waiting now for 30 days to be over before I list again.

eb and pp are two different companies.
