Quick way to increase amount I can list??
 

Hi. I'm running a Stealth and have 10+ fb as the account is new. I believe the listings increase after 90 days?? I've seen that you can contact and ask ebay but I'm not sure if I'll successfully pull that off as I can't necessarily be totally sure of what they will want from me

Is there any other way rathe than waiting 30 das for another 10 measly slots??

Limits can be increased before the 90 day mark. Equally the limits may take longer than 90 days to increase. Its all down to the eBay bots when it comes to automatic increases

It is a good idea to avoid ever talking to eBay when possible so your right on that one :thumb:

open more accounts.

In USA selling non risky items I almost always get two increases within the first 30 days. Sometimes three if I am selling to both limits.

Thanks...I had a problem last week which I can honestly say was a genuine mistake and completely unknown to me. I listed a tshirt as it doesn't fit that in had been bought. I have no idea about the brand. I listed it and it got taken down with a 'don't do it' warning....

Am I going to be held up for that? ? So frustrating as I didn't do this intentionally at all

all-ways max out the selling lim. so they will give you more.

Any take down can (and most the time does) effect your rankings.

animekings99 is correct.
Always max your listings. That is your best and quickest way to increased limits (unless you go to one of the UK accounts sellers and buy one that already has those limits increases in place).

Yes, of course, you must buy the accounts from the marketplace....LOL :rolleyes:

Yes, you can call eBay and get a limits increase. The worst thing that COULD happen is eBay MIGHT request documents....but, like all things stealth related, there are solutions to that as well, should it occur.

Personally, I call eBay on every stealth account I create. To date, I've had ONE request for documents---and the guy STILL gave me an increase (documents required for future increases).

This is not the worst case scenario. Worst case scenario, your account has a human looking at it and he/she decides to ban it.

If you are going to continue to spout this nonsense, at least give the thread starter all the correct information.

I've never had that occur, and I'd bet anything I've called eBay countless times more than you have. :thumb:

Well good for you, but there have been people who have had multiple stealth accounts banned by eBay WHILE THEY WERE STILL ON THE PHONE with them. For a new account it's no huge deal, but no way no how I'm going to risk 2009 stealth with $500K+ limit and 6000 feedback by calling in.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again....

I don't advise calling eBay for limits increase on high limit accounts....

I advise it when you have low limits (less than 75 items per month) because you have little to lose.

Maybe I should just put it in my sig.

Apparently I DO know what to do, since apparently every-time one of you lot call eBay, it's an immediate account shut-down, and when I call, the reps love me and give me increases.

Yes, CLEARLY the guy who is new to stealth knows exactly what to do. The rest of us, many with years of experience, should bow down to you.

Why are you so aggressive about having people call ebay? Every recent thread that related to limits has you arguing to call ebay. Can't believe they still allow you on this forum :ban?:

You should admit when you are wrong. Don (Aspkin) did when he found out Amazon and eBay don't trace MAC addresses and he wrote the book and created this forum. He's a bigger deal than you.

Possibly an eBay rep, with a job to,get as many accounts to call and expose themselves to keep stealth under control
