During the vero items selling it is possible to avoid the MC999 (listings removing) by using own pictures and not using the pictures of selling brand in the description?

Get rights holders permission is the best method.

Hm, but other sellers are selling that without problema, their listings is still alive when mine are down. Some sellers are new accounts, even 2 weeks age accounts sell that items. But the only thing what they do different - they are not using this brand picture. They use the only own pictures. So u say that they got the rights owners permission?

They may have the rights holders permission... You cannot base what you sell on what others can and cannot sell.

Ask the right holders. Whom ever you buy your items from may also be able to help

Going to depend on your item and if the IP rights holder allows on-seller.

Quick tip, just because others sell VeRo does not mean you will get a free go.

Research carefully what you ned to do.
