Got Suspended Today, 2 accounts trashed today
Hello everyone,
I bought the book today - great read and great information.
So both of my accounts got suspended today and I am in total shock. My one account has not been used for over 1 year and because it had 12 negatives from July of 2014 all due to refunds because my cards were destroyed. I figured there would be a non-issue with my current account thats in good standing 99.8% positive with like 1350 feedback. I am trying to go through the appeals process but is it really worth doing that? Will I honestly have any luck? I have tried to reach out to people selling accounts and think that might be the best way to do so... any thoughts.

First comes a paypal limitation followed by a ebay suspension a few minutes later? |

I would not bother with the appeals. Understand fully how not to link an account and then buy an account from someone here. If you are only going to be using 1 stealth account it will be easy. |

No limits on paypal or Ebay
They linked my old account I have not used from July 2014 to my new account that I use. I run a legit sports cards business and pay taxes ect..
I am going to buy an account from someone soon.
Whats Odd is my account thats suspended now has about 1100 items in the store and people can buy from it as well as auctions that I uploaded last night. Is this odd or no?

You had 2 accounts, but not stealth. That's not allowed. You are only allowed to have one eBay account. If you have more than one, that is a policy violation and they will shut them down. |

Thats not entirely true. You can have more than 1 ebay account, but you cannot list the same stuff at the same time on different accounts. Now having multiple non-stealth accounts would be an instant link, but its not the link that gets you in trouble. It is what you do that gets an account in trouble, then when that account goes down, it will take all links with it.
Now if you link 2 ebay stealth accounts with different info like address and other stuff then yes, that would probably throw up some red flags. |

To answer OP's question:
Is it worth fighting to save a 1300+ feedback account that's aged in good standing?
HELL YES.
Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Everyone here would call/fax documents/whatever to get their own account of that standing back, and you should to.
You should be able to get the account back up with a couple of phone calls, maybe some documents faxed in, max. If that doesn't do it, well, you tried, go stealth. |

That was the reason that eBay gave me before, after shutting an account down. They told me that it was shut down because you are not allowed to have more than one eBay account |
