anyone have experience with this?
 

i have a seller account that was suspended, then a buying account was suspended too...on the buying account it gives me these options:

We've noticed that your account appears to be associated with another.

Are you familiar with the account xxxxxx?

options:
I'm the owner of this account.
I'm not the owner of this account, but I may be able to explain why my account has been associated with it.
I don't know this account at all.

which choice on here would be the best option to pick to get my buying account unsuspended?

I've only had my account limited in the selling aspect of things they always seem to want me to BUY BUY BUY

they probably already know it is your suspended selling acc, but I would still say no it is nothing to do with you, if they ask further then maybe say you use a shared computer...depends, on if same or similar registration details.....doubt you get credit from them for telling the truth...

It is quite easy to set up a new unlinked buying account only - why do you want to operate with this link account especially?

Something about they don't feel comfortable with the way i sell...not sure why, i don't have any disputes or neg. feedbacks

ebay has been going over accounts with a fine tooth comb. if your buying account was also a selling account at one time and you have sold similar items or list items similarly then they may call and question the account. if they call and you do not answer, they then suspend the account. i received a phone call from them the other day on my real account. they gave me a restriction until i produced ID and a utility bill. the restriction was lifted within 24 hours. the CSR on the phone said they are lucky if 1 out of 10 ppl answer their phones when ebay calls.
