Am I toast?!
 

Hi any advice would be great. This is my personal acc i l hadn't used for ages but sold a few bits last month and noticed I'm below standard and limited to 5 items a month. I was projected to go above standard and someone else marked me down (with positive feedback). I'm very honest and detailed with description and photos.
My problem is i also started an eBay business with all my savings tied up in it. This is a top rated acc (I've not done anything different but selling to a diff crowd!). I understand if they allow me to sell 5 items i need to look at the descriptions but is there anything I can do?!! & how long till I get the boot?

Your account cannot be TPS and below standard.

This account seems destined to fail. Abandon it and start fresh with stealth.

How does someone "mark you down" with positive feedback? Was it a negative that read like a positive? If that is the case, you could ask for them to revise it, if it was marked negative by mistake.

If you are only just below standard you can try and get a defect removed from your dashboard.

Find the most contentious one and call and call. You may get a nice rep.

Without knowing your dashboard stats its impossible to save if the account is salvageable.

If that account gets banned, its highly likely you business account will be banned to. It may happen right away or in a few months. But it will happen unless you get lucky.

Sorry there should have been an image attached but I'm useless with technology which is why I don't rate my stealth chances!

This account is my personal that is in trouble & my bus account is TRS.

I've got 5.25% defects on this acc. One transaction that I cancelled myself and the rest for item not described low DSR. I was selling mostly shoes all listed for the correct size but I guess it's subjective?! One lady left item not described because I used 'vintage STYLE' in the title and it wasn't vintage (still left positive feedback)

My TRS account is almost a yr old and at 0.70% defects. Worlds apart!
