Help...simple advice from needed

Not very good with this "threading" business but have a few simple questions.

I got suspended for 12 months on both my legitimate accounts from 2 countries for shilling for 1 year.

Have set up a new ebay account (easy) but I want to sell.

Q1 ...If i pay with an un-used credit card with my original address for my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ebay account ...will I be spotted....I think yes

Q2) ...If that works, then could I just add my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ e-mail to an existing paypal account to receive payments ?? PAYMENT TO AN LINKED PAYPAL ACCOUNT (suspended account) with an added e-mail for my new account. NO buying...just to receive £££

Q3)...Paypal verify by sending £ to an account in the Uk...To get an account in the UK i need real proof of address etc...

Q4) I see advertised "buy of the shelf accounts"....do they work..

eBay/Paypal rules vari by country.
Go to your "User CP" and list your location.
This helps since eBay/Paypal Rules are different by country.
