1. This ebook is how to create ebay accounts with "⊗⊗⊗⊗" information and verify it so I could sell on it?
2. This ebook teach you how to get credit cards/bank accounts to verify paypal?
3. You get the information from which country? I mean is only for american credit cards?
4. Do this ebook teach you how to get ride of the ebay limits?
5. Do you need to use your personal information? or I can use only ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information?

3. Applicable to a lot of countries with some changes

The ebook is very useful to understand stealth principles and to properly operate stealth accounts.
It can be applied to any country but specifically banks, cards, ISP and other issues has to be solved locally.
If I did it, you can do it and, helping out is the purpose of this forum :thumb:

Just 1 more question, Is there a way I can get VCC online by paying with paypal or something?
I live in Moldova, and where isn't any vcc I can get offline, so the only option for me is to get them online.
