IP addresses with mifi or usb dongle
 

Just a newbie question to be sure I am understanding this right... I understand the reasoning behind the process of tracking my IP addresses used in a spreadsheet so I can be sure to not login to Stealth Account A on an IP I've previously used with Stealth Account B... But what if someone else has logged into their eBay/PayPal accounts with that IP address?

Or maybe I am misunderstanding how ISPs manage IP addresses with mifi devices? I assume that they are continuously randomly giving out re-used addresses to all their customers...or does each customer have his own private pool of IP addresses so each IP address you use is only used by you?

I'd hate to be avoiding linking to my own account only to get shut down by getting linked to someone else's

Hi, welcome to the forum.

Your concern is right and, yes, you are sharing a pool of IPs with other users like you.

IP itself is generally not a big issue. You will not get suspended just for that but if eB/PP has other evidences or links between your accounts, IP will be one more... maybe the decisive for suspension.

I personally do not care about logging IPs for my few accounts and my small business but this is my decision... I would not recommend it to someonelse. I am also using a huge pool of IPs.

If you want to properly run your stealth accounts, mark down your IPs and try not to cross use them between accounts. Thi is the superclean way to stealth.

I bought a new wifi device and moved from a 3g area to a 4g area. Using at&t, It only took around a week & i started getting repeat IP address. I have my browser home page set to IP burger. Im trying to figure out how to make my spreadsheet automatically open when I open a user account. It would save some time.

Under the start menu and Programs, there is a folder called 'startup'. Anything in that folder will open when you sign in. I keep a shortcut to Chrome and my spreadsheet there so that every time I switch accounts, it automatically opens those two things
