Selling Virtual Items and why some sellers never get banned.

Hello, I'm new to the forums need advice from an experienced user.
I recently started to sell virtual items (Game accounts) on Ebay on 2 of my account which were created around 2013 which I never sold on. After I sold about 50-60 game accounts my listing get taken down "Your listing has been removed: Copyright Violation - Unauthorized Item" and one of my accounts got banned for a week as a result. The accounts so far have 26 and 67 total 100% feedback and no complain from customers. My question is why do I keep getting banned while they are other Ebay user selling the same item but never get banned.

ex. hxxp://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=davsullyvan&&_t rksid=p2047675.l2560&rt=nc&iid=321793786809&sspage name=VIP:feedback&ftab=FeedbackAsSeller

These 2 seller in particular have a store which I do not. Does having a store makes a difference? What are they doing that Im not?
Also I notice that there a lot of account sellers in UK are there laws for vitual items different?
If anyone can help or provide solutions please <3 Thank you!

Please don't post eBay links without warning.

Having a store makes 0 difference. eBay.uk might have different rules about digital goods, I don't know.

What you fail to consider however, is how much larger and more established these sellers are. You are a newbie selling on new accounts (age doesn't matter, history does). Of course your policy violating listings are going to be removed. eBay scrutinizes new sellers more than old, in general. How do you get around it? Build solid accounts with real, tangible items, then peddle your digital junk. But realize that doing so will make your "solid" account a lot more likely to be suspended.
