Has anyone been successful?

I can't get my head around this.

Why eBay allowed to treat Private and Small sellers like this.

I feel so lost and feel so angry.

I have been reading so much on this forums. Great advice.
I am looking for stealth and would follow that up.

But how can I save my original account.

I have sent in the appeal. Was told would hear in 3 days and that has passed.

I use to get Top Customer Service.
And now, that option is gone. They make you feel like a criminal.

Now I have to deal with those offshore call centre which is a nightmare.
No one follows up, no one helps.

My world feels upside down. Not been sleeping well. Just have been thinking and thinking.

I suppose it really depends on why you were restricted and if you actually have a case for appealing it.

In my case, I get taken down for selling VERO and I'm surly not going to try to appeal that.

And I totally understand where you're coming from, having to talk to their customer service call center based in 'who-knows-where'. They tell you they'll call you back within X-Hours/Days and you NEVER get a call back. You seriously need to continue to call in and request an escalation to get anything done.

I have never sold any Vero

All it was low risk items. Perfect stars DSR.

Just because of Global defect touch 5.25%
But all was to changed next evaluation because I turned it around with loads of sales. With defects descored.
3 months evaluation meant March defects were to descored.

UK is Above Standard and never been below Standard.

They did not even gave me any warning and placed selling limits on it.

I am not alone. Many sellers are going through this.

I know I have did nothing to be this way.
Never sold any VERO, phase or anything that would be questionable.

All items were low price.

My monthly sale was 1200 per month

I can't believe how terrible eBay customer service is.

What angers you is the way you get treated.

I have seen sellers who have bad feedback. Selling phase.
But honest working sellers are booted off

I have been restricted permanently.

I got a generated email
Don't think anyone read the appeal

I cried..I actually cried.
I didn't even cried like that when I had death in the family.

I have been so down. My head is all over the place.

It was not only a eBay account for me. It was my livehood.
I earned from it.
I gave up my dream to be a lawyer for certain reason for my family.
And now they gone. They not here with me when I need them.
They gone forever.

My livehood is gone. My whole world is down.

I'm afraid this is very much the way things have gone but Ebay aren't bothered they only see the £$ signs.

You get more sense from talking to a wall than you do your average Ebay rep. They hide behind policies and the use of "copy-paste"

I can understand the issues relating to Vero items as they have been subject to lawsuits in the past they want to protect themselves but the OP is right their customer services are a joke outfit full of mindless drones.

The more you look into Ebay and there are some on here who look a lot closer than I do you realise that this sort of attitude comes from the top. It must be an awful company to work for. Full of red tape and almost military type discipline. Fact is the sad acts who work for Ebay a lot of them wouldn't last tow minutes in the real world.

I had a 45 minute conversation with them just last week and in the end the rep put the phone down on me. Now I wasn't aggressive or obnoxious in any way and I was very calm about putting my point across but because of the issues I was discussing the rep became increasingly uncomfortable and in the end the phone clicked and that was that.

She was in the trust and safety department and I've had nothing but bad experiences with them but unfortunately you have to be nice to them as they are the ones who appear to have the say in whether or not an account survives or dies.

All I can say is echoed here already listen to the guys on here they know their stuff and study and understand stealth and build again. I know its a long process but make sure you spread the risk across multiple stealth accounts and have no links. That way if one is suspended you've got another few which can take its place.

Just when you do get days when you feel so low in yourself and your head is all over the place.

I am going a tough time.

I need to be strong and get out this black hole and look at life in a positive way..

I need to get back on eBay.
Go back to studying.

Each day is a HOPE, i was the same shoes & i still stumble in the ground but i get up & learn more and more...This forum is such a big helper & the stealth book. worth every penny!

No use pleading with eBay.
They don't care a damn.

Atleast my Amazon account got reinstated
Had the same action plan appeal for eBay. But they just sent me robot email

Upon reading on google and on this forum
Looks like everyone has gone through the same emotions.

Personally if this happened any other time, I wouldn't have felt so low.
But to happen at when you vulnerable and lost it's not easy.

I just need to go forward with stealth.

Yeah man, before I came here, bought and read the stealth guide, I felt entirely lost. I've said this before and I'll say it again, I feel like whatever happens to any of my accounts from now on, I don't fear that they can take down my business ever again. From what I learned by being here in the short time (less than a month), I won't have any issues regaining my sales and even increasing my business online.

Yeah this sounds like a commercial haha but it's true.

I have NEVER successfully appealed an account suspension via email. I HAVE successfully overturned numerous suspensions via phone...it will take 24 hours to restore access to your account (IF the rep decides to!) but it's worth shot.
