Too much haste - MC113
 

Hello everyone,

in an attempt to get selling quickly to raise some money for a holiday I bought an ebay+paypal package from a really good vendor here, but my ignorance led to my account getting a MC113 because i listed a branded pair of car lights.

Basically I really need to get this account back, can anyone suggest a way to get ebay to reinstate my account?

You won't it's toast.

Possibly go on chat and see what can be done, they might ask for more information but generally it's toast.

Did you do some browsing & adding items to the watchlist on ebay first before listing these items?

Don't want to rub it in, but basically what you did was exactly what every sellers advises against? Cmon man, if people tell you NOT to do something, why do you go out there and still do it?

Account is toast and I'd advise you to go and buy a new one but seems like you need to do some soul searching before that. Go and get the stealth book, read the forum a bit and maybe let the account sellers advise you via PM- Go and ask stupid questions, because thats the only way to learn.

Get the basics right and take it from there because otherwise you will keep losing money, not making money.

Going slow with the account means longevity.

If they give you a chance to appeal, you can call them. Just entirely up to you.
