Suspended for low DSR ratings
 

I have a business with a large amount of sales $10000 per week+

I used about 20 eBay accounts then bought a huge powerseller account last week for $3000 (3000 feedback unlimited selling limits)

The account is right on the border for being below standard due to low detailed selling rating and return requests.

Can DSR rating be removed?

I always give the buyer a 100% refund no matter what if they complain about anything. I would literally pay $100 to the customer to have them not file a return request or give me low stars. My margins are huge and I need this account up and running.

The items I'm selling do have a high defect rate but, I always refund, get 100% feedback and customer satisfaction.

I suppose worst case I can buy another powerseller account.

DSR cant be altered. The only way to change them is to wait until old defects will become older than 12 months, and to sell lots of good items.
