eBay account suspended wasn't aware of policy

hi guys, iv been selling shisha pens on ebay for a while without problem however the Ciggerate regulators FDA have been putting pressure on ebay to stop people like me selling. I have initially stopped from selling for 30 days however 3 days before the suspension was over i got a email stating my account had been suspended indefinitely. is there any way around it as im losing about 5k cause of this.

Long term Id suggest moving to a different area of sales however looking at current sales of these pens on ebay (currently around 32,000 I would open another ebay account and try to drip feed your stock out, maybe try to sell other items around this to hide your main area of sales.

to add you would need to go stealth on ebay to avoid a past link to this suspended account which incidently has no chance of a revival

Was this for UK eBay or US?

Why would they stop you from shisha pens?

Just checked and it looks like many sellers are selling about 100 shisha pens a day and they they get reported and get banned, their accounts get jeperdised and they decide that it is fun to re-list them and they they get suspended. You should defo open your own website if you have put a lot of investment into it or just sell them in bulk outside ebay.
