Help! 0 Item Limit!
 

Hi,

I've just created a stealth account and verified my PayPal account with a vcc. I have not, however, verified the 4 digit code yet. I used a VPN, different name/address/email/user account etc...

Anyways, I just tried to list an item for sale but eBay is saying "It looks like you've reached the number of items and amount you can list. You can list up to 0 items and $0.00 in total sales this month. Request to list more."

Note: I have not verified my PP with a vba (only a vcc). I haven't received a message or email from eBay telling me that I am suspended or anything.

Is this normal? Will I be able to sell after I verify the vcc on PayPal? Why would this happen in the first place?

What did you use for Address and Phone? Those are the two main factors that will get you a 0/$0 account.

I used an address within a 50 mile radius from my VPN and I used a Google Voice number within a 50 mile radius as well.

Might of been the GV or a combination of the address and phone.

Google voice is known to cause issues on all kinds of platforms

I was using certain phone apps with great success until a couple days ago. I bought out my local tracfone inventory yesterday.

GVs are the problem 98% of the time for zero limits.

I had an account with google voice that just got suspended after 6 months of successful selling with 50 positive feedbacks. Separate IP, new paypal, real address (borrowed) etc. The ONLY thing it could have been was GV. They would NOT tell me why, just because of suspicious activity. Duh I was selling HO scale trucks for $4.99-$10?

Who knows if you only lost one account. So hard to tell. Items sold, lowest price BIN, Inactive credit card/VBA, inactive phone etc...

yup google voice seems to be your problem. Lately accounts that use google voice are getting 0/0 limits

Get a tracfone like everyone mentioned. If you still experience issues, then start narrowing it down starting with the address, then to your VPN and so on.

But pretty sure that 0/0 will go away if you use a tracfone instead of GV.

Don't start selling immediately after opening account. Wait few days, buy something on ebay with that account, confirm phone and address. Then sell

Address probably did not match to the name. Happens all the time. You gotta go through the verification process and answer the questions
