is okay old EB acc add new PPacc? the New PP never sell at EB.

Yes I did many times, worked well, but only for a month. New PAYPALS getting limits very fast.

No this is NOT good stealth - don't do it. The PP may go down again

You can use alternative payment methods, but you cannot use PayPal with this account again

yup, any new paypals attached to the ebay account will get limited within a month or 2. only way to use the old ebay acc is by taking alternative payment methods.

yes this is possible my twice paypal account permenant limited and i used new account on new ip and then link to my old ebay then it work smothly but sometime i face 21 day hold on new paypal account
