Is there any chance to get my ebay back?

I registered an hk ebay account selling somethings last year, suspended by ebay " MC010 eBay account restriction ".

Is there any chance to get it back? Please help.

How old was the account?

Well, MC010 is a temporary restriction, and they ask to call them to ask something. So call them, answer their questions, and it's possible that they will reinstate it.

Just registered last year, sold 12 things, got 5 positive feedbacks. I've sold rivals products and forget to remove the logos, that's the reason i guess ebay suspend my account, is there any chance to get it back?

dang thats a long time. I would just call and answer their questions. better trying then doing nothing about it.

As long as your selling account is above standard, you have good chance getting it back. Like others said, you should try giving them a call

HongkONG EBAY works totally different.

Every new account will be suspended by EBAY and you will be asked to offer your documents.

So just contact EBAY

New EBAY hongkong account, 99% account will be suspended first.

Then you will be asked to present the documents.

Similar like UK PAYPAL lift receiving limits.

As others said, call up ebay. Nothing to lose by calling in on a suspended account. Be confident on the phone, have all the account information in front of you. Don't stutter when they ask simple questions like "what is your address".
