Two differnt citizens for ebay

Hello I have two citizens one russian one israeli, both of they have almost the same name. If I will use that names for clear account ebay can suspend my new account? or not ?

I find it highly unlikely the 2 ids will be linked IF you keep the accounts seperate and also on seperate country sites if possible.....

you said it was nearly the same name, well that is better than identical names...

I have found that different country sites, do not tend to cross reference that much....

lucky you, I love dual citizenship....
