Selling Limit Placed on 4 Year old Account (500 Items/5 Lakh INR)

This is my first post here.
I came to abt this forum after searching for help here and there. Just to let you know in brief, I have been selling on ebay India for last 4 years (97.3% positive feedback, around 670 total feedback scores and DSR ratings of 4.7, 4.7, 4.4, and 4.9 respectively). I was making sale of around 3-4 Lakhs (INR Indian Rupees) every month and had plans to double-triple my business. Then suddenly when I tried listing new listings on 22nd July, I got error saying 'you reached selling limit of 5 Lakhs). This was a shock to me. Bigger shock came later when all my hard earned GTC listings with such high selling history started ending. I didnt sleep for 2 days and continuously started lowering down my listings to avoid further listings endings. It was complete panic. Finally in 2 days till 24-25th July, I had marked almost 80% of my listings out of stock. Called ebay, and they told me I can only appeal now on or after 22nd August which is 1-2 days from now. Then called my account manager, she asked if my account is more then 90 days. I told her it is damn 4 years old with good standing. She assured me that she is sending mail to trust and safety team to review the account and remove the limit. I called her after 2 days again and she seemed helpless. She said that she hasnt received any reply to her email from TNS department yet. Hence, I thought of waiting patiently. Now its just 2 days from 22nd Aug. People in my niche with horrible 70-80% feedback who actually should be banned are selling unlimited. ok. Now I forgot to tell you the reason which I think they put this limit and the mess which I beleive I did due to which I came in their radar. I was not aware of 'Out Of stock' option though now I know that it also doesnot work properly. I was of the beleif that the only reason GTC listings would end is if item reaches available quantity 0 which actually happens. So, what mess I did in July was made many new listings and entered random quantities like 99999999 or say 4500000 etc and I did this for like 50-60 listings. Also, I sell high priced items ranging from 50-150 USD per piece. So, you can imagine how much worth of inventory did I list in eyes of ebay. Though number of listings were less (just arnd 200-250) but each listing with lakhs of quantity and making very high amount. This is the only reason which I feel has taken me by shock. I am really frustrated due to this mistake. Anyways, I have zero negative feedback in last 6 months and just 3 neutral in last 6 months. I may get TRS status on 22nd August and if no, should get it by 22nd September in next evaluation if I perform well which I have to as usual. This month my sales dropped to just 25% of normal sales because as I said 80% of my listings are in Out of stock state since 5 Lakh limit is too too low. 20% listings which are marked 'In stock' also are marked just 2-3 quantity available.
Now, I need help from you in a way that what do you think I shall do..? Shall I send an email on 22-23rd August to TNS team to review my account..? What should the content of my mail be..? Shall I try to tell them the reason which I feel due to which they limited my acc and put my case or just act as of I donot know since My account is anyways in good standing. I just want to know from your experience how big a mistake I had made by listing huge quantities and how easy or difficult is it to get this limit removed..?
I have also sent personal private message to AskPin on this issue and requested for anything meaningful which would help me.
