Canceled a bid and buyer messaged me saying going to report me and suspended!
 

Lol, funny I canceled a bidder because I could not verify his identity I put and the guy emailed me back saying he was going to report me because I booted his bid and 2-3 hours later I'm banned. Maybe I had other infractions from the past and this one just summed it up, but still some bs. Old account too and helped me sell alot. Crazy ebay world we are in. Indefinite suspension!

It seems that there were previous infractions, like NADs, Returns, low DSRs etc. You can't just cancel transaction "because you don't like the seller", it will cause a defect, ind in this case, it was the last nail in the coffin. And the seller can even put you a neg and all DSRs as 1 star, and open a case, and it all will cause complex troubles despite the fact EB says "we do not count more that 1 defect per transaction". It is better to refund the scammer in case of any issues, wish him a good day, and block him forever, than cancelling a transaction and getting clusterhurts all over the place.

Banning a buyer can jeopardise your account but I didn't know that they would go as far as suspending you. You probably did have some similarities to your previous banned accounts, also you should set up buyer requirements before you kick anyone from bidding :)

I dont see the reason of blocking bidders anymore.. i have one person who i have over 10 usernames blocked and she jusy keeps signing up and bidding at the last minute.
I have phoned ebay a load of times reporting this buyer and ebay says they are allowed 200 buyer accounts and can bid on what ever they want but 'rest assured if one gets banned they all will' so really..

Yeah. I hate the zero feedback new bidder account scam. They buy an item, report it as not delivered. Pain in the ass.
