Advice needed for new eBay account.
 

Hi,

A few years ago my account was banned.

A friend sharing the postcode set up an account to sell the same items. I thought that having the same postcode and selling the same items would be to risky. Is this correct?

We are now going to delete that account and set up a new one at a new address not the same post code. Is there still a risk of this account being banned to?

Final question, in the past I may have logged onto his computer with my banned eBay account. Would this also lead to the account being linked and suspended?

Thank yo for your advice. I have been reading a fair but about stealth accounts but I can't work out if these accounts will be linked.

Same items in the same city from a few years ago?
WHY WOULD THAT TRIGGER A RED FLAG???? So do you honestly think Ebay is searching for the same item in the same city from a few years ago??? Is this a real question?
You have other concerns to worry about. Such as if you linked IP addresses. Paypal accounts. etc.
What the hell is a POST CODE? Zip code? address? What?
