Sure, you technically can attach your old Paypal on a new account easily. It's just a few button clicks (though even eBay/Paypal seems to have found a way to screw that up lately..)
The question is do you want to actually do that? It'll work for who knows how long - weeks, maybe even a few months - but eventually taking that shortcut is going to catch up to you and there's a good chance you'll lose both accounts this time.
It may be harder in the beginning, but just create a new Paypal account and do things the right way. You won't have to worry about when your account(s) will be suspended again. Instead you can focus on your business and making money. |
