open a Not as Described Case on my suspended account.
 

i got a note from ebay said "eBay Significantly Not as Described Case Opened for Item " on my suspened account.

the buyer said "item does not work after one month" when the buyer got item is works,and used one month, now does not work.

i responed him " there is no warranty on it. you are already used for one month. so i can not return."

what is the result ebay will give?

my account is already suspened, paypal closed.but the banks account is my daily account can not colsed.

is ebay and paypal can take my money automatily?

If you still have open bank accounts associated with the account than yes theyll keep trying to deduct money from the account. If youre suspended, they will go in the buyers favor for the item. Its not set in stone, but 99% of the time it happens.

you might not lose this case because technically you did nothing wrong, no one knew the item wasnt going to last.. or did you?

no i tested item before shipped out. they use the one month then does not works. another i sold no problem at all.

so what should i do now. close my bank account?

Paypal wont attempt to deduct the funds from your bank until they've officially decided in the buyers favor so i would hold off until that day (they may actually decide in your favor)

on the other hand, that bank IS pretty much useless to you on the ebay / paypal side ..
if it has no significance then i guess you can close it

a2k, you didn't explain it very well.

If it's just through eBay, then the buyer knows they'll get no money back and they're just doing it because they like harassing sellers.

If it's through paypal, it depends if you have money still stuck in your paypal account.

i got the notes from ebay. nothing with paypal.
the buyer opened a case on the ebay. i did not get any email for paypal. my paypal is colsed.

there is nothing in my paypal.

i guess i should wait for ebay decided

From my experience , i have had it happen a couple times the last couple months . I just agreed to refund after they return it and paypal make them provide a tracking number ... I tried to fight it one time on some SOLAR GARDEN LIGHTS i sold , the lady had them for 3 months and did a charge back saying they no longer worked - since i would not pay her the postage to return them $20 . i lost the Lights and the Sale .... Since they didnt work i wasnt gonna be out another $20 . Good Luck .

I have not tried it myself, but some people reported they are able to put a block on Paypal/Ebay electronically withdrawing from their bank account. Talk to someone at your bank to check, if you can not, tell them you want to close your account and open a new one.

On my bank accounts, they've only been able to block all money being taken out, but nothing selective.
