Selling limits decreased / linked to other account

This never happened before. Maybe it happened to somebody?

I runs account with ~20fb 100% positive and it got linked to other account ~50fb 95% positive due my noting mistake, paid the fees with wrong paypal.

2nd account is already limited asking miles of paperwork do be sent (0/0 limited from 100/6000 ). and the 1st one was linked to it and limits went from 75/3500 to 10/1000 ( very odd since usually limited ends to 0/0 when linked ) but still able to list.

Suspension letter:

"Hello x

It looks like your xxxx account is associated with another account, xxx, which is currently restricted on eBay. As a result, we’ve restricted the xxxx account until you can resolve our concerns.

Be sure to sign in with xxxx. That will make it easier for us to help you out.

Thanks, "

So now i Have options:

" We've noticed that your account appears to be associated with another.

Are you familiar with the account xxxx?

* I'm the owner of this account.
* I'm not the owner of this account, but I may be able to explain why my account has been associated with it.
* I don't know this account at all.
"

Anybody know which way should I proceed?

Seems to be that you are pretty much fuxed- You can't pay fees like that. Two different people, two different accounts... Suddenly one person is paying other persons fees.

Your only real option, given what you've done is to go with this:-

"I'm not the owner of this account, but I may be able to explain why my account has been associated with it."

If you are asked for a further explanation, state the other account is your cousins and he asked if you could help out paying his fees.

The damage is already done but that will at least give an explanation for what's happened and might resolve it (although unlikely).

You can't use the other options. Firstly you used the other account's paypal to pay the fees so you can't claim not to know the person and given the two accounts have different names and addresses, you similarly cannot claim to own both accounts.

Common sense prevails here as well as hoping for the best....

Ebayorbust is right. If you will claim that other account is yours, they will ask to pay but they wont recover the account. Hence you may loose your money and account as well.
