My account has been suspended, but I just received this email from ebay about refound
 

Hi ! recently my eaby account has been suspended, I fax and sent a lot email to ask to help me, but always hot that no option to reopen, stuff like that., I gave up! I transferred all my fund back to my local bank from paypal.

But I just received a email from ebay said I have Request for Information About Buyer Complaint, asked me to refund $75.

I don't know what to do, my ebay account has been suspended , paypal has be limited! should I do the refund?

If your Paypal account contains your real information then YES you'll have to refund the $75 inorder to not have the debt collection agency on your butt. If your Paypal account doesn't contain your real info then don't worry abount refunding and just close the bank account that is linked to your Paypal account.

its asking for info, check to see what the dispute is about first, you might be abe to fight it

I sold that Item a month ago, is that possible the buyer asked the refund because my account has been suspended?

I felt not fair. in my description the item can be returned within a week, but not a month.

I use my real info in my palpay account, maybe I should pay.

why ebay not give a chance to seller see what's going on?

BBest bet would be to contact the buyer and ask them what's the problem.
