Account suspened as i used infringed images
 

Hi guys! I am new on this website and i clearly see that you know what are you talking about.My problem is that i have an suspended account as i used infringed images from Zara website.I have received several messages from ebay letting me know that they removed some of my listings for that reason.But sincerely i didn't actually read them and thought that nothing will happen...until 5 days ago...devastation...I have emailed and tried to call Indetex,the company that deals with infringement violation,but unfortunately they didn't got back to me .Ebay told me that they cannot do anything with my account until i receive an response from them...I don't know exactly what else to do.Any suggestions?Thanks and i appreciate any response. P s :my account was in very good condition ..857 positive feedback,no negative...

Nothing you can do unless the Rights Holder responds positively, and tells eBay to reinstate listings, Im afraid

if right holder response directly to ebay then they will allow you
