Whats the worst that can happen to you if you keep getting suspended from eBay?
Is legal action in any way taken against you? :confused:

eBay can't really do anything to you accept ask for any fees you owe them. But it's really up to you if you want to pay, they have nothing on you.

;o lol at modee i even over payed my fee's to when i first got suspended on my real main account. But I used paypal. Didnt want anything later on coming back to me.

x2ruff4u that's a good point. If eBay has your real information, your name, address, real credit card, and you're linked. They'll be able to take your funds. The only thing you can do is dispute it like Modee, with your cc company. That's all you can do if they have your real information. But if you're using bogus information, they have nothing on you to force you to pay.
