Got suspended again
 

Hello everybody, i had an india ebay account which was just 1 week old. I just sold one item on ebay and i got paid from the buyer for that item. Next day, when i checked my ebay account it was suspended, and ebay sent me the following message

Subject : FPA NOTICE B001: eBay Registration Suspension - %s

Dear %s (%s),

We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended due to concerns we have for the safety and integrity of the eBay community.

Per Section 8 of the eBay User Agreement, we may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide our services to you if we believe that your actions may cause financial loss or legal liability for you, our users or us. We may also take these actions if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us.

Due to the suspension of this account, please be advised you are prohibited from using eBay in any way including registering a new account.

Please note that any seller fees due to eBay will immediately become due and payable. eBay will charge any amounts you have not previously disputed to the billing method currently on file.

Now after seeing this i was really shocked. Becoz i had followed the exact all steps from aspkin and had created the account, but still they have suspended me. My paypal is not limited yet.

I have 400 USD in it. I am planning to withdraw the money from it. My account is just 1 week old. is it ok, if i withdraw the full amount?

It sounds like you did not follow all the steps when you set up your eBay/Paypal account.

Anyways now my paypal account is also limited. They are asking me to send invoices, supplier contact info, proof of address and also confirm bank account.

You sold one item and they are asking invoices and supplier info??? Was your auction for multiple items?
