Please help with my ebay Stealth account (with skype phone number)

Dear friends,
Well, my ebay Stealth account suddenly has the selling restriction and they want me to verify phone number through the link
http://shiptrack.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SCRPlaceCall
Even I pay skype $6/month to maintain the phone number but somehow it cannot receive the pincode anymore (It's still work till last month).
I just wonder if anybody here have the experience about the situations and what can I do to continue selling with my stealth account.

Looks like ebay no longer accepts skype numbers. Having same problem

thanks burke, after many hours try to register google voice, I realize that ggvoice can not use for ebay (maybe only paypal...).
I will try some IOS apps to get US number... I've read many articles in the forum that TRACFone is the good one, unfortunately I live in outside US...
