I Am selling on Ebay from last 1 month Sold Vero items about 40+ ..
Listings was taken down for 3 times as Violation before from Vero Partner MSFT
..
Now i got email it says

Your selling privileges have been temporarily restricted. You won't be able to list or revise items for 7 days. You're also not allowed to register a new account during this time.we must ask that you please not relist this particular item.Replica and counterfeit items are not allowed on ebay :nono:

What to do now can i start selling again after 7 days or i should be calm down ??

To be honest, this will keep occurring if you sell items that are on the VERO list. And yes you will see other sellers selling the EXACT same item with no issues, but they will either get VERO'ed eventually or they have approval from the manufacturer to list the items but even in that case eBay still suspends accounts. Best solution to this is to find another item to sell that won't have a chance of being VERO'ed. EBay is very strict with those kind of items.

I am very familiar with Microsoft and VERO. First off, what country is your eBay account registered in? Second, what Microsoft items were you selling? Legit or counterfeit? Be honest.

I am selling Sell 100% Genuine Keys no doubt in that . doing this businees last 1 years now in ebay if not trusting me try this Windows 7 Key am not selling any counterfeit keys

Problem is that EVEN if your keys are legit, if you aren't approved to sell them.....Microsoft can take your listings down without a problem. So, list your keys at your own risk and know that you can be taken down at any time.

I have COA also but cant send them if want only send pic of them only for one key Because if i send COA my manufacturer will get in trouble so we dont deal with COA

Well forget everything else for the moment, you do realize that distributing COA's without the discs or other components is actually illegal as part of a very specific law that Microsoft lobbied for? So if you keep doing it, eBay could be the least of your problems.

Yes right cant sell without other components but we all know Microsoft Stops selling Windows 7 consumer versions on OCT 31 2014 .. But we have thousands of COA left with us .. What to do with them ... ??

Try using key words in the listing title showing that the item you are selling is after market or similar to the original that usually stops that issue. That is if its not a hot topic item
