Selling Limits On New Stealth Account...

Just created a new stealth account and straight away I was given a 1000/£15,000 limit. I have never had this before and I was just wondering how eBay calculate this limit?

Obviously I will take good care of this account but it just seems strange!

From reading other threads, these high limit accounts are completely random. No one seems to understand how exactly to create these.

Your number has to be real number from the 4 carriers or their mvno, no voip

i simple create new account on different window but same ip using
i dont know why they suspend right away
