new ebay accounts with other names - how do you get paid?
 

I read everywhere about people getting new eBay and PayPal accounts under "John Smith". I assume this is possible because eBay and PayPal don't verify the name on the card and the bank account, right? They just verify the amounts they deposit/withdraw and you're verified.

So what happens when it's time to get paid for your auctions? Assuming buyers pay to "John Smith" but your real name is "Bill White", do you just withdraw via regular wire transfer? How do you get paid? :o

If you add your email address to your eBay auctions the money will reach your Paypal account. If that's what you mean.

Yeah, but it seems like some people are signing up with "⊗⊗⊗⊗" names for PayPal too. Meaning they write "John Smith" on their PayPal application when in reality the name on their credit/debit card and bank account is "Bill White".

from what I have read I think thats not possible as for paypal you have to give your correct details as at some point when you need to be verified you cannot get away with false details.

You can use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information up to a point. When paypal starts to limit you, that's when you'll need to either be legit or become very crafty to get by.
