Buying with ebay stealth
 
Hello i was planning on creating a stealth account ONLY for buying with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address, but at checkout use my real (suspended) address. Would this work? Or will i be limited instantly. I tried once but the payment went through but was pending for the seller. But i think it was because i was using my home ip address that time. Please respond also with tips on how i can get ebay items shipped to my home address.

EBay have no restriction on buying
you can buy with any address
its having a limit on selling not on buying

Exactly what he said. But are you paying with a paypal account linked to a seller account?

no I would not add a complete banned name and address combo on buying account. Just change slightly, it can be different name and same address or even better, change address slightly eg unit 1 instead of 1 for door number.

You can use a business ups address and order everything in your business name

@OP, oompa has given you decent advice - I hope you aren't using an "old" cc or payment card already associated with older account?

I have heard of buying privileges being lost. It doesn't happen very often though. Ebay must have been paying out too many MBG claims out of their own pocket.

When ebay do not like you, they can stop you using a buying account too.

ebay suspend seller account fastly
but suspending the buying account is rarely found dear
