Suspended Last Night, and I need some help
 

Whats up everybody, I was suspended last night again after 4 months of successful sales. It really sucks because I thought I had a good account. They ended up suspending me for trademark misuse, so I wasnt linked which I guess is decent. But I need to know what kind of precautions I need to use so I do not have to pay my ebay fees, and what else I should do to get back on, or do I just repeat the steps in the guide? Thanks again and your guidance is much appreciated.

The fees of a suspended account or the fees of an existing account? I think you should always pay the fees of an existing account, else it would get suspended for that. :eek:

It depends how you setup your account sparksmoney31. If you gave eBay a real credit card or bank information, they'll get their money from that. You can always do a chargeback though. If you're using prepaid credit cards, eBay can't take funds from you. They're out of luck.

Just use the guide again, clean your computer really well, and try not to do any trademark misuse.

Thanks, I do the paypal one time payment for my fees. And this is on a suspended account, so any suggestions on ways I can avoid the fees?

Ah then you'll be okay then unless you linked accounts, which you problem didn't. Have they taken fees from you yet? If not, you'll most likely be okay.
