BIN issue

I had some accounts ( all of them new accounts )
When I list BIN ( immediate payment required ) I got either MC113 or selling restricted ( they require DOCs )
Anyone faced the same issue?

You've mentioned that you are listing stuff the very first day. So, risky items + listing first day without bids, watches and searching = MC113.

I do not know if you are right, But the accounts ( new ) and i listed 15 min after creation and all electronics ( high risk )

Yeah.......thats a HUGE Red flag and will get you 99% of the time...

BIN listings on a new account is never the best idea and when you have BIN with electronics that is a huge flag.

I always run a 5 or 7 day auction for the first few items
