I was suspended indefinitely--will my friend be as well?

I was suspended from Ebay indefinitely today and I am worried that a friend will be as well. When I've visited her, I used her computer to login to my ebay account. Will she be suspended as well?

Main question is: Is she also seller?

If she is not a seller, I suspect she will be fine. :)

FYI: In the future, take a minute or two and create a new user account on your friends computer. The IP addresses will still be the same, but it will at least give you each a margin of protection.

Thanks for your reply. She does not really sell on ebay often, she is mostly a buyer. Phew, I was really worried there!

Wait. You got suspended today then went to her house to check your suspended account?? Or did you check your account at her house then got suspended?

She may have a chance to get hers back. Not too sure of the odds. A chance though.

Yap its possible to get hers back, tell her to contact ebay support and explain what ahe got nothing to do with your sales on your account

That means she does have a sellers account.

If it was just a buyers only account, it would have most likely been left alone.

What was the reason for this?

Did the account have selling issues? By default, your friend has now found out they are considered guilty by association. ebay very often decides to suspend related accounts.
