1 account has 7 day restriction other has litings removed but WTF?

Received an email that said my account was restricted for 7 days and that the listings have been removed. The other email was on a different account and only said the listings have been removed. When I actually check the 2 accounts nothing has changed. All of my listings on both accounts show up. Any thoughts? And no trolls either. LMAO

I really doubt It was phishing because it noted all my listings.
