7 day suspension troubles
 

Ebay suspended my account for 7 days, when i asked them to send me a link to upload the necessary documents, here is what they reply -

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to your account suspension.

We understand that you may not agree with the decision to suspend your
account. We take your concerns very seriously and have again conducted
a courtesy review of the matter. After further review, we have
determined that your account will remain closed with no option for
reinstatement.

WTF is going on ???? at first they said they will reinstate my account after i send them all the documents, but now they don't even bother to look at my documents, do you guys know what is going on here?

Nothing you can do, but move on and make a new stealth account. When they said "remain closed with no option for reinstatement," they mean it.

Regardless, it's time to move on to another account.

Is that mean i am not suppose to ask anything in the 7 day suspension period?

Yep. eat humble pie,best wait the time of the suspension then try. Cry when it stays suspended. Then move on to fresh accounts. Typical of ebay to do this.
