How can I safely relist items from suspended account?
 

Ebay suspended one of my accounts.

They did not take down the existing listings, but since those were auctions, they eventually ended and the items moved to unsold.

I would like to relist those unsold items on one of my other live accounts.

How is the best way to do that so that Ebay won't discover that the live account is connected to the restricted one?
For example, I assume that if I change the names of the photos that will be helpful. What other things do I need to do?

you can not relist your items if your ebay account was suspended.

How unique are the items that you want to relist?

eBay is not all that fast at linking accounts through items being sold.

So long as you use new pictures, new prices, new dispriction ect then you should be fine

I would give it a few weeks though if its a pretty unusual item though, just to be sure :thumb:

That is exactly what I wanted to know.
We are talking about women's clothes, and each one is reasonably unique (i.e. I haven't seen any of them on ebay before).
The account was closed down at the end of October.

You should be able to relist the items, since it is clothing, and nothing that is possibly infringement worthy. Since you have multiple Ebay Accounts, and you are on this Forum, I presume you are applying the Stealth guidelines to protect yourself. To add on to what JamesNorth said, when you are redoing Pictures, frame the clothing in a way that is completely different from the original photo. For instance, if the original picture showed the item folded, the new picture should have the item hung. For the description, use a different Font, and a different Text color. Subtle details like that are a good way to protect yourself.

Yes, I believe I'm applying Stealth guidelines, although I must admit that it gets a bit complex after a while.
I started with Stealth after eBay closed my 10-year old buyers account down just 1 week after I started selling, exactly one year ago :tears:

But sometimes I'm not careful enough, and although I have 2 very good live accounts, I've also collected a pile of dead ones :rip:

The OP wants to relist on another account. Try reading correctly and/or learning better English. You miss the point in your replies.

@OP, when you say "women's clothing"....are you using brand names? ...

@rsot - mostly not big brand names, more of the lower end stuff.

Hi! So long as you clear up the photos and are sure nothing links to the banned accpunt, you can try to list on a new account.

Go slowly, and go carefully.
