Prevent yourself being suspended by others?
 

Hi,

Anyone have idea how to protect yourself?

As i know if someone have all your name, address, phone via ebay request form --> go to internet cafe register new account + vcc in your name your address + using proxy to match your IP, be a seller ---> do something for ebay rise flag and BOOM ! suspended !

99% linking suspended your own account after few days !

Umm... firstly buyers don't get sellers' addresses and if you get a request to send a money order, then give them a PO Box so the buyer never knows your address. Use the PO Box as a return address, too. It's better for money orders the post office tends not to mix up mail to PO Boxes like they do to apartment mailboxes.

For buyers to get your phone either you or them have to do a request contact info.

Also, they have to make a long distance phone call for eBay to believe it comes from your city. Lots of people don't even have dialup modems anymore.

They also don't know the birthday you put into the account and there's even no way for you to actually pull that birthday up, either.

- Yes the info detail i'm talking about is buyer pull out in request ebay form, not PO box or address we give to buyer. So they surely get your registered address and phone number

- About birthday, it's not really matter as they can make new account in new name but just for same address, it looks like a relative ( sister, brother, mom, dad ) create new account, just to make sure so let say using same SURNAME, different first name. As long as you can have victim IP number ( can be find easily ) so find a proxy similar with that, ebay will think it should from same ISP.

- So what do we have here : same surname, same address, same IP location, make a seller account using call forward, after successfully change it back to victim phone number ---> sell sell sell !!!

What do you think about that case?

They pull your contact info, they get your name, your phone, your city, and your state. That's it, not even zip code. You get that of them and then their email address.
