Recently I got suspended on eBay (more on that with another post). As I am careful not to have a listing violation (as I had 7-day suspension two times already, I am powerseller maybe they give me more chance then others) but then one of my item got their flag and taken off.
The listing that got taken off also trigger the serious 30-day suspension (not a register user) penalty. As I am selling the item and listing it carefully, I thought to myself that I should stand my ground and tell them that my item is listed properly.....hence I emailed T&S back....with several back and forth emails they still stand their ground (ignoring my supporting product picture) with their default replies.
During those times, I also employ the use of Live Chat to assist and check on my account (since I know they can't assist in ANY ways). I think after the third day in the suspension, T&S decided I made too much "trouble" and not answering my emails anymore.
Knowing that they might ignore my emails, I tried to contact Live Help again....surprise!....I can't find the link for Live Help anymore! As I remembered, contact us should have 3 boxes, one for Phone/Skype, one for email, one for Live Help.
Okay guys, do you think T&S can limit my access to Live Help or am I just paranoid. Also, anyone can assist me in getting reinstated, as I know full well that my item is listed properly, they just can't find the face to admit it...and reinstate my account because of their mistake.
