Seller Account restricted...Need Help

I just got notice that my seller account was restricted. Apparently because of the DSR ratings. I have over 200 feedback and 1 negative. Is there anyway to get it reinstated? Please help.

What is your defect rate? You can call eBay and see if you can be reinstated but if it is a permanent restriction then no I don't believe you can.
