Your Selling Privileges Have Been Temporarily Restricted: Trademark Violation
 

Hi,

Our account has been restricted from creating or revising new and existing listings due to Trademark Violation for 7 days.

Violating listings have been removed.

When I try to sell/revise items, it says;

"eBay has restricted your ability to list new items for approximately seven days as a result of a policy violation. You can still access other features on eBay.

For more information about this policy violation, please check your messages in My eBay.

Thank you for supporting our efforts to maintain a safe marketplace."

So is it 7 days or 30 days, as its already been more than 7 days and our account is still restricted.

I think you're going to have to call to try to get the account unlocked, or perhaps wait until the 4th of next month (PST california time), at that time eBay's bot have made most of the automated account adjustments they're going to make until the next month.

7 days as per their message.

Its going to be 7 days from the message

I would really avoid listing that brand again for at least 3/4 months on that account

that 7 day ban can revert to a permanent indefinite selling restriction without notice

Agree with james, if it was me and this is the only kind of items you are selling id let the account sleep for a while or sell legit things to get stronger DSR etc. good luck

Be careful...If you keep selling the same items on this accounts, you will be shut down for good, GUARANTEED.
Been there, done that a few times...lol

You may not even be able to sell on this account after 7 days as they can permanent indefinite you from selling after the 7 days it's happened to me.

Hopefully for you you will be able to have one more strike left and if you do then listen to James and do not sell that item for a long time.
