same item in 2 diff accounts....?
 

I just opened up a new account, does ebay monitor if I post the same item across 2 different accounts on the same IP address? Both accounts are legit just in family members names.....2 different user accounts on my pc.

I guess the "don't use family" memo didn't get read. Use separate IP's if you insist in using the family info.....hope your family members are getting a kick-back off these accounts.

Sure eBay will notice that and the 2 accounts will be linked more from the IP than from the item itself.

If you will use the same photos and the same template and same ...everything. The link will be definitively strong.

Nothing wrong with it but bear in mind that if one of the 2 accouts will be suspended the other will follow.

Btw, I would read the stealth guide at least 10 times if I were you and will browse the forum looking for "ebay horror stories"

I actually did read my ebay stealth guide before I opened up the account and it clearly told me that a family member was the BEST way to get a stealth account because I could prove the information if needed.

Worst case scenario is that your account get hammered for whatever reason and family members are banned forever.

Don't use the same ip for 2 different eBay accounts your accounts will get linked as eBay will see that you've opened 2 accounts to sell more items per month which is against their policy.

I'm sure you didn't read the guide too well. Using different user accounts seems pointless if you're using the same IP address and apparently the same address. I would be creating a couple of stealth accounts properly and work on building them before these accounts go down
